About

Hedge, osage orange, and bodark are all names for a hardy midwestern tree with many uses. Originally planted as a windbreaks and property dividers, midwestern homesteaders quickly learned that hedge is extremely resistant to decay. This property made hedge trees ideal for fencing applications, as they last much longer than other wooden posts.
